Profile

James T. Berger is a consultative selling coach and off-premise sales manager. He works closely with small (one-to-three person) sales teams to improve production and effectiveness. In addition, he provides integrated marketing communications services including strategic planning and implementing the marketing plan. He has worked in advertising, public relations, sales promotion and sales management. He also is director of marketing of the Internet consulting firm, WebSiteRevamp.org.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, he has Master's Degrees in Journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School and an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In addition to operating his own consulting business, Berger is also is a freelance writer who has authored numerous articles and is a faculty member at Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration at Roosevelt University where he teaches courses in Strategic Marketing, Selling and Sales Management and Consumer Buyer Behavior.
