Profile

Mr. Joseph has been a Certified Management Consultant since 1985 and has served as President and Vice President of IMC Chicago. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering from Washington University.

He has been involved in the impact of technology on management throughout his career, beginning with IBM, and as a consultant, instructor, and seminar developer for Brandon Applied Systems. Mr. Joseph founded the Management Advisory Services practice for the Chicago CPA firm, Shepard, Schwartz & Harris. Later, he was President of his own firm, DLJ Associates.

His executive experience includes being the first non-physician Vice President of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists, Vice President of Meystel, Inc., and both Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Finance and Administration of Russell-Field Paper Company. Mr. Joseph has also been on the faculty of the Elmhurst Management Program of Elmhurst College.
