Profile

Founder and President, Lloyd M. Gordon, is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a Master's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Restaurant Executive Operations. He operated chain restaurants for 20 years. During his 43 year career, he has developed over 350 restaurant concepts. He has taught at many local Junior Colleges and has conducted seminars on How To Go Into The Restaurant Business. He is the author of "How to Start a Restaurant, Bar or Catering Business". Member of the national Restaurant Association, Illinois Restaurant Association, The Midwest Society of Professional Consultants and a Certified Food Executive (CFE) of the International Society of Food Service Executives.
