Henry J. Mantz & Associates, Ltd. is comprised of three groups providing services in Management Consulting, Computer Support Services, and Diversified Funding Brokerage. The Management Consulting Group specializes in helping organizations achieve their objectives and improve performance through visionary leadership, customer focus, employee involvement, and processcontrol. The Group does training and consulting for a large number of local, national, and international firms including McDonald's Corporation, Whirlpool, Interlake, The Martin-Brower Company and numerous smaller firms.

Profile

Mr. Mantz has over twenty years of experience as a consultant, manager, and engineer. He has managed organizations responsible for such functions as Production Scheduling, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Field Support, Software Quality Assurance, and Customer Service. He is a member of the adjunct faculty at DePaul University and has spoken to numerous groups on subjects such as TQM and Continuous Improvement, ISO 9000, the NLRB's "Electromation Decision," Employee Involvement Teams, and Cost Effective Statistical Process Control among others. He is a Member-At-Large of the Leadership Council for the Lincoln Foundation for Business Excellence (grantor of Illinois' "Award for Business Excellence"). He was selected for memberships in "Who's Who Worldwide" in 1992 and the "Continental Who's Who" in 1995.

Mr. Mantz holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University. He has completed workshops personally conducted by Dr. W. Edwards Deming and Dr. Joseph M. Juran. He has passed examination as an IS 9000 Lead Assessor under the requirements of the UK's Governing Board of the National Registration Scheme for Assessors of Quality Systems. He was certified as a Quality Engineer (1976-79) by the ASQC, and served as Chairman of the Dallas ASQC in 1982-83.

Mr. Mantz is a Professional Member of the Midwest Society of Professional Consultants, a Senior Member of both the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) and the Society ofManufacturing Engineers (SME) and a member of the American Society for Training andDevelopment (ASTD) and the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS). is firm is a member of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
