Susan Castner?

Susan Castner is a licensed Indiana attorney practicing in the areas family law, trusts and estates, personal injury with additional experience in the areas of wrongful death, medical malpractice, and sect 1983, among others. Susan established Co-Counsel Connection for the purpose of partnering with other busy sole practitioners.

If you find yourself in a situation where you would like to accept a large case, but do not have the time to thoroughly research, prepare, and work up the case for the client, give Susan a call. Ms. Castner brings to the table 13 years of legal practice and experience handling and assisting in large damage award cases. Susan has successfully recovered hundreds of thousands of dollars in settlements for attorneys and their clients in Indiana and Illinois.

As your partner she will investigate and research your case for additional facts and applicable legal precedent. Once she accepts a partnering arrangement, she will handle or assist in all aspects of the investigation, drafting, legal strategy, and pre-trial preparation necessary to successfully manage the case. Unusual fact patterns and unfamiliar areas of law are her specialty.

In addition to her years of practice, Susan is a published legal writer with exceptional research and drafting skills. She has knowledge and expertise acquiring legal information via the Internet in the areas of public documents and legal research.

Ms. Castner has a law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law and an undergraduate degree in Education, with a minor in Psychology. She is also a family and civil mediator. References of Indiana and Illinois attorneys with whom she has partnered are available on request.
