Vishal Kshatriya of Edelweiss, says to go long on Siemens as the stock has given an inverse head and shoulder pattern breakout along with good volumes on its daily charts. He expects this counter to trade with a positive bias in days to come and hence recommends going long at current market price with target price of Rs 760 and stop loss of Rs 675.

For his second pick, he says to short Voltas as it has breached and closed below its support of 20 Day Moving Average (DMA) indicating negative momentum in the stock.
He further adds that oscillators on the daily chart have also given a sell signal. Investors can short the stock in the range of Rs 100-102 with targets of Rs 94, with a stop loss of Rs 106.

Sanjeev Agarwal, CEO, Dynamix Research & Capital Management, has two buy recommendations. According to him, one can buy Escorts at the current market price and accumulate at every decline with a stop loss below Rs 61 for targets of Rs 70-74. He further adds that this stock will breakout further and the target could be around Rs 90 per share.

The second stock to buy is Lanco Infra. One can buy the stock only above Rs 14 with a stop loss below Rs 12.5 for targets of around Rs 16. He further add that above the levels of Rs 17, the stock will break out further and one can look for a target of Rs 25 plus. The stop loss is Rs 11.
